Overview


SaccoMann is working on a vacancy for a Private Client Lawyer to join a close-knit law firm in their Retford offices in Nottinghamshire.

This position would suit a Chartered Legal Executive with a wide range of expertise in Private Client matters.

The role

  • Managing a varied Private Client caseload
  • This will include Wills, Probate, Inheritance tax issues, Trusts, LPAs and elderly client issues
  • You may also be required to work on a few Court of Protection matters
  • Regularly managing client expectations and advising them on various matters
  • You will regularly utilise the firm's Case Management System to organise your workload effectively and to produce relevant documentation
  • Strong communicational skills will be essential to this role as you will be regularly liaising with clients and updating them at all stages of their cases.
  • You will be an experienced Chartered Legal Executive with a solid background in a wide range of Private Client work
  • You will be organised with the ability to effectively prioritise your work.
  • You will be a confident communicator with excellent clientcare skills as you will be dealing with all walks of life
