What will you be doing as our new Land Lead?
Key responsibilities:
Support Delivery of Land Access & Acquisition Activities
Manage external Land Agency related activities.
Manage projects (forecasting, costing, and programming), land and interest referencing, access negotiation and management of legal notices using statutory powers, compensation, valuations and settlements.
Landowner Engagement & Collaboration
Identify and engage with strategic regional landowners to ensure Enabling and delivery teams have the best opportunity for gaining approvals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Develop strategies to enhance landowner sentiment.
Land Access & Acquisition Strategy
Ensure consistent delivery of land acquisition and access activities across external supply chain partners and internal delivery teams by enhancing existing processes and procedures.
Support the ongoing development and transformation of geospatial and digital interfaces with regards to obtaining, recording, communicating, and archiving of land access and acquisition data.
Manage Land Agency supply chain partners.
A little bit about your skills, experience, and behaviours.
To be successful in this position you will be a Land specialist who has excellent digital and referencing, access and acquisition experience.
You have a strong background and demonstrable knowledge of all land rights and interest in related matters and ideally MRICS or AssocRICS qualified.
