Due to continued growth out client needs to add to their retail team.

Hours of Work

Key Accountabilities:

Accept all incoming beer deliveries daily.
Unload deliveries, which are on pallets at the loading bay of the shop, by manual handling into the shop and storeroom. Ensuring that all goods that are unloaded, match the relevant paperwork.
Report any damaged or missing goods to Shop Manager.
Process and pack online orders, count inventory, and ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, whilst matching the relevant paperwork.
Welcome and serve customers in the Marston's Brewery shop.
Restock shelves.
Store and rotate stock, according to established procedures.
Keep the shop and storeroom environment clean and tidy.
Follow workplace health and safety rules when handling goods.
Always treat merchandise with care and concern.
Assist in hosting special events.

Experience and Key Attributes:

This role is physically demanding; involving daily manual handling, lifting and carrying.
Flexible with your working hours to assist the needs of the business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Experienced with in a bar, restaurant, or shop environment.
Computer literate.
Ensure efficient operations, by adhering to strict deadlines, operational procedures, rules, and schedules.
Committed to the highest levels of service through a positive and focused approach to Customer Care.
Excellent organisational and recordkeeping skills to coordinate large volumes of stock inventory.
Desirable-Knowledgeable of the brewing industry.
