We are currently looking for anOrder Coordinator to join our friendly team in Wolverhampton.

Role Responsibility:
In the role of
Order Coordinator,** you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and that all checks are completed
- Developing relationships with the wider teams ensuring collaborative working to deliver national and key account strategies using defined tools and processes.
- Supporting and delivering against regional sales targets by converting quotes from customers requesting product into sales.
- Managing customer calloffs and record onto system, providing accurate estimate on lead times, also informing the customer of any change in expected delivery time should it arise.
- Input and develop ideas how to generate new customer leads and use existing customer knowledge to support the sales team in the delivery and growth of the regional account plans.
- Process order changes and cancellations in a timely manner and in line with internal processes.
- Provide support to customer relations to enable Complaint resolution in a speedy manner.
- Deliver the KPI'S as determined and agreed by the Sales & Service Team Leader
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Effective communication and influencing skills to support goals and objectives
- Manages own workload to meet the demands of the role and exceed sales targets
- Ability to influence decision makers to support achievement of goals and objectives in line with the parameters in which the role operates
