The London Fire Brigade (LFB) is in the early stages of a multi-year transformation journey.

The aims of this transformation are to provide the capabilities, capacity, and resiliency to enable LFB to provide the best possible service to London and Londoners.

As part of this, the Procurement and Commercial team is transforming, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Project Support Coordinator to join our team for this exciting journey Integral to the ongoing successful delivery of the Department's portfolio of work, this role both supports, and will report directly to, the Assistant Director, (Procurement and Commercial).

Involving timely diary management, team logistics, activity prioritisation, managing meeting support and preparation, MI reporting, Project Board support/preparation, and scheduling/coordination, this individual will be one of the primary interfaces to the Assistant Director and the Procurement SLT, and for information exchanges with other departments.
