Description

This is an exciting new role within the Information team, to support the Clinical Support Services and Women's & Integrated Care divisions at Chelsea and Westminster Foundation NHS Trust.

We are looking for an open-minded and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about data analytics and understands the role it plays in helping to better understand and improve the services we provide to our patients.

As a member of the Information team, you would proactively support colleagues at all levels to make strategic and operational decisions by facilitating the translation of data into information.

You would need to engage and influence multiple stakeholders, communicating information clearly and succinctly.

As an Information Business Partner, you would work alongside clinical and non-clinical staff in using information to support effective decision making, ensuring they make the best use of their resources, understand their performance (quality and efficiency) and provide the information required to enable them to focus on areas of greatest opportunity.

To excel in this role, you should have good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good attention to detail and accuracy.

You must have a passion to learn and develop new skills.
