Continuity of Care Services (CCS) is seeking to recruit a Care Assistant for one of our new families in Gravesend.


The role is to help start up a care package for a client in their 20's who has epilepsy and who needs assistance with all aspects of care such as Personal Care, Companionship, Light Domestic duties and Medication.


Complex Care Assistant Hours of work DAYS:

Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:30


Tuesday 16:30 - 18:00


Saturday 7:00 - 14:00


Complex Care Assistant Hours of Work WAKING NIGHTS

Monday - Sunday 21:00 -08:00

Please note, due to the nature of the role applicants must be able to drive a manual vehicle.


We will be looking at increasing the times and days once we have built a care team specifically for the individual.

Full training outside of our mandatory training will be provided for all new members of staff.


Ideal Care Assistant will be:

  • Caring
  • Patient
  • Experience in caring for individuals who have epilepsy (although not essential training will be given)
  • Hard worker
  • Team player
