About the role


This exciting role will work at the core of the business to ensure the accurate and timely production of a range of management information (MI) to enable the effective running of the business.

Working as part of a small team, you will aid in the production of daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Assisting the management team to deliver on agreed targets, this role provides insight to help identify any areas which could cause SLA failures, helping to drive performance across all areas of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide daily dashboards to a high level ensuring all data is accurate.


Identifying any areas of concern and working with the management team to ensure plans and actions are agreed and implemented.

Provide adhoc analysis to support the wider business.

Attending performance meetings as required, providing the key data when needed to facilitate conversations and understanding of issues.

Reviewing complex data and be able to communicate insight to stakeholder across the business.

Document through guidance the process followed to produce dashboards and adhoc reporting.

Required skills and experience

Essential / Minimum Criteria


You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check in order to undertake this position.

Rigorous attention to detail with operational mind-set.

IT literate, Intermediate MS Office, Word and Excel skills, fluent English language skills.

demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload when multitasking in a rational manner both individually and for the team as a whole.

Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative


Flexible and adaptable attitude:
willing to undertake other ad hoc duties as required e.g. supporting other teams / cover manager duties
