Description

Duties will include:


  • Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs.
  • Carrying out basic repairs.
  • Managing access to the premises and maintaining security.
  • Cleaning or supervising cleaning.
- carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- book outside contractors for major repair work.
- make sure heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working properly.
- check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use.
- open up buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

- janitorial: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Enhanced DBS (preferred)
