Juice are excited working with an well-known organisation in central Bristol in their search for an experienced Senior Customer Advisor.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for citizens, your role as a Senior Customer Advisor is to ensure our citizens receive a professional and customer-focused experience.


Duties included:

  • To respond to customer enquiries in accordance with legislation, corporate, directorate and service policies and procedures.
  • To respond to enquiries in person.
  • To resolve enquiries to reduce the number of queries that need to be referred to service providers or escalated to line managers.
  • Respond effectively to other customer enquiries concerning the local services as required, taking ownership, and seeking to resolve directly with the customer wherever possible.
  • Contribute to the review of service processes, making recommendations to improve service delivery and performance.
  • Contribute to the effective resolution of complaints by providing detailed and accurate information and analysis of case history and case updates to the Team Leader.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to deescalate and resolve issues and provided excellent customer support.
  • The ability to follow procedures and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Details:

  • Monday to Friday 9AM 5PM
  • Office based
  • 3 month contract (with possible extension)
- £12.93 per hour
