POD Talent are excited to be working with an FMCG client in the heart of London, undergoing massive growth.

With a focus on their technology, this company are at the forefront of the market as a result of their reliable and sleek products.


In this role, you will be managing the relationships with different parties: stakeholders, clients, drivers and other departments internal to the company.


  • Take care of the communication with the fleet to update the clients and the system with the right ETA
  • Be the middle point of contact in the company, solving issues on the spot and being sure that the delivery process runs smoothly
  • Be a decisive point of development of improved customer order process and service delivery.

Minimum requirements:
a background in B2B customer service is essential for this role. You will have

  • 24 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Good skills in creating and maintain relationship
  • Advanced Excel skills
