Salary package on offer for the successful Sales Manager:

  • Up to £46,000
- £80,000 OTE

  • Continuous and structured career progression up to the regional management level

Working hours:


  • 8:45 am 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 am 3:00 pm on alternative Saturdays

Sales Manager requirements:


  • Estate agency experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Targetdriven with a proven track record of achievement
  • Knowledge of the Oxford market

Sales Manager tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Dealing with high-net-worth clients
  • Designing marketing initiatives for the prestigious marketplace
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Driving market share in this region for the most prestigious properties
