We are recruiting for an ambitious BOH Lead to join us at Roof East and manage a superstar team of barbacks.

About You:

We want people who are fun, think outside the box, and have a knack for making every guest moment memorable.

Requirements:

BOH experience is a must for this role.
UK Driving License

About the role:

We are looking for a full-time BOH Lead to manage all things back of house at London's premier drinks and gaming experience on Roof East.

Your role will involve managing a team of up to 6 barbacks, working in a high-volume bar.

Keys aspects of the role:

You will report directly into the Assistant Manager, and maintain cleanliness, organisation and upkeep of all areas BOH including bars and games.

The businesses we operate are unique & diverse, opening at midday and closing at 11pm with great food, drinks and our unique games experiences, Birdies, Sluggers, Arrows and Bowls - as well as Free Games Corner

We believe in a very firm work-life balance at Roof East and schedules will be written with that in mind, with flexible hours available.

Pay from £14.00. This jumps to £14.50 after probationary sign-off
