Description
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting the Products Team in the following areas;

  • Manage the workload effectively and ensure deadlines are met for the renewals and new memberships
  • Processing Audits on Members and referring as necessary
  • Refer any queries to the Product Team Leader and the Head of Underwriting
  • Work closely with the Sales Team, providing them with newly approved membership details
  • Collect payments from tenants via the telephone, and allocate these payments to the correct account
  • Managing the existing Nil Deposit book to a high standard
  • Responsible for administrative changes such as a change in tenant details
  • Support the claims administration team as and when required
  • To maintain a high standard of productivity in administrating new and existing Rent Guarantee policies
  • Advise Letting Agents on all queries relating to policy renewals and rent guarantee features and benefits
  • Be proactive in meeting quality procedures, contributing suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness and highlighting immediate or ongoing issues
  • Escalate calls promptly to the next appropriate person, when necessary
  • Carry out any other tasks that may be required of you from your line manager/team leader.

  • Educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English
  • Excellent grammar, both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of all standard Microsoft programs
  • Advanced use of Excel
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build relationships
  • Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
