Sales Executive

Horsham

£20,000 + Uncapped commission (OTE £75,000)
You will be working to realistic weekly KPI's, qualifying leads, and building rapport with potential clients. With this you will be rewarding with a fantastic commission structure with OTE of £70k plus in year one. If your money motivated and are lookingto work with like-minded people, this could be the perfect role for you.


Your job:


  • Qualifying leads.
  • Outbound calling to businesses.
  • Meet customers face and/or speak over the phone.
  • Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
  • Develop a strong pipeline.
  • Retain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross sell (maximising every opportunity)

Desired experience:


  • Previous financial sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbally
  • Customer service driven.
  • You need to be a driven individual and selfmotivated to make their own success.
