The ONE Group are recruiting a HR Coordinator for an exciting biotech company based in Cambridge.

You'll be joining on a temporary contract at a time when the business is making a pioneering difference to human health.

The HR & TA Coordinator will undertake a variety of human resource and talent acquisition administrative duties, facilitating daily HR transactions and supporting interview processes.

  • Provide administrative support such as employment letters, references, statistics.
  • Assist and support HR related projects and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:


  • Ideally you'll have 2+ years experience
  • CIPD qualification an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience of using workday is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal skills are a must


This role is for a start on the 26th June and is ideally 3 days per week in the office with two days a week working from home.

Someone fully remote would also be considered.


Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
