Description

The opportunity is asking for a high quality integrated family support and childcare services support worker to support children and young people as part of a family support/safeguarding plan, including kinship and foster carers, care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seeking children where appropriate.

The role is to become a part of a small d team to provide a range of home/centre-based family support interventions that contribute to achieving an improvement in outcomes for children and families in need.

The role involves being part of things such as supervised visits, safeguarding assessments as well as ensuring other duties within the scope of the job have been completed.

This is a full time role currently paying £12.69ph.
