Description
Our client is a Food craft bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread and pastries. As the team grows, they are now on the lookout for their next Head of Artisan Bread Production.

Every day is different at The Bakery, so here are some of the things you will be doing:

  • Maintain communication with the Bakery Manager and commercial Manger about the night shift.
  • Lead the team of Bakery Supervisors, Bakers, Production Operatives and Packers to deliver daily production plans
  • Organise shifts and workflow as well as maintain stocks of products and raw materials
  • Maintain technical and health and safety standards keeping the bakery ready for audits

  • Encouraging Food Safety Polices reducing the chances of customer complaints
  • Develop the efficiency of the shift
  • Improving the quality and consistency of the products
You will be a great addition if you

  • Have experience working in a baking industry
  • Have a cando attitude and have great communication.
  • Can thrive with responsibility, independence, and working at pace.
  • Experience working with sourdough bread and dough
Contracted Hours: 48 hours -
Full Time Working Hours: 5PM - 2AM

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Sunday, any 5 days out of 7
