Responsibilities

  • To support the development and delivery of Project Controls Consultancy within the business
  • To ensure the successful delivery of clientfacing assignments
  • Support the assembly of highquality tenders and/or submissions.
  • Implementation of bestpractice methodologies
  • Have authority on all aspects of Project Controls (Planning, Scheduling, Risk Management, Benefit and Cost Control)
  • Support implementation of requirements for project planning, cost recording, reporting, and analysis
  • Support on governance and provide direction to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Identify, evaluate and drive key innovative and creative opportunities.
  • Market the organisation's capabilities and win work with clients to support growth.

Requirements:


  • Experience in defining, managing and delivering within complex projects/programmes/portfolios.
  • Experience in leading/managing staff and identifying team growth and development.
  • Experience managing and leading the daytoday project control activities relating to contracted scope.
  • Support assurance reviews on projects of increasing size and complexity and in the delivery of major business and change management solutions.
  • Fully conversant with continuous improvement and benchmarking methodologies
  • Proficient in multiple planning management and control disciplines
  • Conversant with project controls associated methodologies.
  • Experienced in change management processes for any proposed changes in any cost/scope changes
  • Demonstrable effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to support bid manage complex proposals and provide technical assurance of bid costings and scope, leading bid teams and opportunity pursuit teams.
  • Ability to identify key areas for the department to develop capability.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
