HR Advisor (temp-to-perm)
A unique opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading Managed Services Provider who are experiencing significant growth, both organically and via acquisition.
Due to a recent change in leadership the business is looking for a driven and experienced HR generalist who brings strong people management skills with experience of managing internal stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- To assist with managing their endtoend recruitment process; managing adverts, screening CVs, telephone interviewing, diary management/booking interviews, creating starter packs, recruitment budget management etc.
- HR administration; reporting, manage starter and leaving process, survey submissions/reports, manage benefits renewal process, Ad Hoc administration.
- Employee relations; provide advice and guidance to senior internal stakeholders on compliance with employment legislation and HR policies and procedures, assist with disciplinary issues and procedures, absence management, assist with payroll, maintain HRdatabased with accurate employee records.
- Comply and assist with company projects such as ISO9001 and Best Companies
Experience required
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar HR role
- CIPD qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Offices based in London
Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
Paying up to 40k, depending on experience
