Are you a senior leader with a background in digital research looking for a new opportunity?

ASA's public sector client is looking for a Senior User Researcher to join their multi-disciplinary team and deliver leading user-focused products.

The placement is an office-based or hybrid role in Edinburgh.

If you started in this role today you would

Plan and execute field and lab based user research relevant to the project. Provide advice to colleagues and encourage best practice in the achievement of robust and actionable findings. Be inclusive to the needs of a wide range of users, and carry out appropriate research activities. Support teams in designing and delivering an accessible service that works for all users.
Be an advocate for user research to influence disengaged colleagues.
