Are you a purchase ledger professional with team leading, supervisory or management experience? Do you have strong communication skills able to liaise with senior people within a business? If the answer is yes to these questions then we have a fantasticopportunity working for a central Bristol based media business who are looking for someone like you to join them and oversee a small team.

This role is varied and will offer you the opportunity to oversee two lovely experienced AP people, it will allow youto make lots of process improvements and it will give you the opportunity to drive efficiencies in how the team operates.

With lots of autobot invoice recognition the team is having less manual input work and the focus is on sense checking and driving downthe high number of credit card transactions, expense transactions and focussing on stringent processes to ensure a seamless spend to invoicing journey.

You'll be tasked with reducing the "bad behaviour" processes such as no PO's, no VAT receipts and you'llmonitor, report and advise on the best way to minimise high volume bad behaviours transactions.

This is where your strong communication skills will be needed in order to educate and manage bad process all the while being support by your manager and the operationalmanagement team.
