Personal Assistant
MPA Recruitment is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our clients team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced, growing company.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and coordination of personal appointments, managing the organization of personal and professional files, and performing other duties as assigned.
This role is based within the construction industry.Requirements:
- 23 years' experience in a professional office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment; ability to work independently with little supervision; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well in team environments
- Ability to travel
- Must have valid Omagh, County Tyrone driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for CEO & senior management including: scheduling, personal appointments, filing, etc.
- Manage the organization of personal & professional files. File maintenance & organizing is a primary responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
