Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Safety Administrator to join our team within the Preston site.

Reporting to the Site Technical Manager and working closely with the Technical team, this will be a great opportunity to learn, develop and progress within this department.

You will be supporting the department with Food Safety Culture throughout the site and working proactively and collaboratively with our production colleagues to ensure we deliver on our commitments to our customers with respect to Quality and Food Safety.


Responsibilities:


The Role:

You will be working very closely with customers, dealing with and answering any queries relating to customer complaints Preparing for and supporting customer audits Support the Food Safety Team with general administration duties, data input and trending.

Conduct traceability and mass balance exercises Assist in the creation of QAS's and factory standards


Qualifications:


What we're looking for:
Excellent organisational skills. Ability to priorities and manage your workload. Comfortable to talk to people and well-articulated. Computer literate, especially with Excel. Experience of working within a Quality function would be an advantage
