Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Customer Service Agent for a Courier / Freight company based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Job Description:

Working with a busy team
Key Account management
Bookings
Track and Trace shipments
Dealing with customer queries
Providing quotes
Updating Pod's
Organising collections
Dealing with EU consignments.
Pricing

Requirements:

Experience in the courier / freight industry
Good Customer Service skills
Good keyboard skills
Ability to work well in a team
Must have a flexible approach and can do attitude.

Working hours are Monday - Friday
