This established company, based in Sutton Coldfield, is looking to grow their team with three new graduate sales executives. Our client are an established reseller of Sage financial software whilst also offering bespoke solutions and training packages.

They have been in business for nearly 20 years and have built a strong reputation for providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients.

We are looking for individuals who are driven, motivated, and have a desire to succeed. You will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with clients, and promoting their products and services.

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you can expect to receive:

A competitive base salary of £24,000
Expected earnings of £33k+ in Y
On site parking
Uncapped earning potential
Comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to progress within the company

So who are you?

A graduate with a degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong desire to succeed in a sales role
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Selfmotivated and targetdriven
Familiarity with financial software or the financial industry is a plus, but not essential
