What you will be doing...

  • Reporting to the
-
Contracts Executive Manager, the
-
Contract Executive will support designated geographical areas within the
-
_Jet2holidays _portfolio, ensuring all contracts are administered and processed in line with Company expectations.

  • In this key support role, assisting the
-
Contractors and
-
Contracts Managers, you will primarily be responsible for contributing towards a seamless operation by working with the
-
Product,
-
Data Control,
-
Revenue and
-
Finance Teams.
What will you do in the role?

  • You will load Supplier contracts, making sure they are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with
    _Jet2holidays _due diligence process.
  • In addition, you will maintain and monitor various reports and systems, also offering regular support to the
    Contracts Executive Manager.

What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?

  • Excellent
IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel

  • Strong communication and organisation skills are essential
  • You must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • You'll be a teamfocused individual, equally as happy helping others as working independently
  • Recent experience in an Administrative role is highly desirable
  • Similar experience in a Tour Operator would be highly desirable, but is not essential
