  • Overview:
  • The Equipment Operations Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment services by maintaining accurate records, managing assets, and providing essential support to various teams. This position incorporates a range of responsibilities to guarantee efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment data that is crucial for tracking and servicing equipment efficiently
  • Oversee the endtoend asset approval process
  • Manage contract and warranty records to ensure they are uptodate and accurate
  • Validate and correct contract entitlements to ensure that customers are correctly invoiced for the services they receive
  • Handle daytoday administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the Services and Installation departments
  • Provide essential support for general projects by gathering, validating data, and assisting with projectrelated tasks, contributing to the success of broader initiatives within the company
  • Identify and escalate any data discrepancies, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of system information
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the department and the company
  • Job Skills & Experience Required:
  • To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
  • Prior experience in administrative roles
  • Proven ability to maintain precise and organised records
  • A good understanding of CRM systems and how they work
  • A track record of effective problemsolving skills
  • Can demonstrate experience in using modern webbased systems
  • Person Specification:

  • Have strong communication skills, which are essential to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Have strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel skills

  • Have collaborative skills that are important to work with various departments and provide support for broader projects
  • Be comfortable using multiple systems
  • Be able to work solely or as part of a team
  • Be comfortable working at a fast pace
