The Role -Cleaning Operative (part-time 15hrs)
AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of an office building based in
West Bowling BD4

This is a Permanent Part-time role of 15 hrs per week, the suitable person would be available to
work from 3.30pm to 6.

30pm Monday to Friday

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
Cleaning toilets facilities and replenishing hand towels and soap
Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, corridors and reception areas
Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements
Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors

Skills Required:

Key Holder duties
Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including COSHH, Health & Safety
Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
Good timekeeping and attendance are important as you will be working on your own
