Description
The role will entail:
- Strong organisational skills
- Understanding the nature of work the executives do, whilst getting to know their clients, building relationships with them and their PAs
- Organising and prioritising workload
- Communicating and regularly reporting with executives on progress of work
- Being proactive in highlighting issues and suggesting solutions
- Taking ownership of enquiries; escalating or resolving where appropriate
- Strong diary management conference calls, arranging meetings and lunches etc.
- Planning travel and providing executives with detailed itineraries
- Producing complex yet accurate documents and proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Maintenance of filing systems
- Managing the client billing process
- Building a network of strong internal and external working relationships
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent document production skills
- Excellent secretarial skills with fast and accurate typing
- Strong organisational skills
- Accurate attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
