We are currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator to join our client's team. The company you will be joining are a UK leading manufacturer of specialist construction products. This role is on a temp to perm basis, so it is a long-term opportunity.


Sales Administrator key job details:


  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 1pm (34.5hrs per week)
  • Pay rate: £12.26ph
  • Weekly pay

Sales Administrator job responsibilities:


  • Processing customer orders from order through to despatch
  • Booking transportation and completing relevant export/dispatch documentation
  • Calling current customers to market new and existing products to help generate sales.
  • Liaise with field sales representatives, potentially helping to book them site visits
  • Preparing post for collection
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Reception duties: taking telephone calls, and meeting/greeting customers
  • Other general administration work

Sales Administrator person specification:


  • You will need to be competent using Microsoft Packages
  • Excel in particular
  • Have a pleasant telephone manner
  • Be comfortable with sales duties (calling existing customers to promote products)
  • Experience of working within either a manufacturing, export, or despatch/warehousing biased company would be ideal
  • Be comfortable with raising sales orders and processing invoices.

Salary:
£12.26 per hour

Expected hours: 34.5 per week
