SEMH Primary English Teacher

SEMH school with students aged - 19

Dagenham, East London

Full time

ASAP start

Daily rate of £130 - £190+ (DOE - Negotiable)

We are currently looking for a qualified Primary trained English teacher to work in a small SEMH school in Dagenham, East London to lead on their Literacy and Reading strategy.

This would be a role for someone who could take a lead on interventions with individual pupils and very small groups.

You would be able and willing to plan individual strategies and deliver these strategies.

We need someone who is confident and knowledgeableabout the curriculum and wants to make a positive impact in children's lives.

We are looking for a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.

The school is within walking distance to a mainline station, tube station and bus stops. If you drive it is a close to a motorway and parking.

Key skills and experience needed:

Qualified teaching status
SEMH experience is essential
English is essential, either a degree or previous work experience related to English
DBS
Previous teaching within a school
Strong behaviour management
One to one and small group work
Professional manor
Enthusiasm and friendly approach
Resilience
