Our growing business is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the team based at our HQ in Bloxwich

You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of developing strong relationships with a dedicated Client portfolio to manage and maintain as well as working closely to collaborate with all departments to continuously improve what we do.

What we are looking for:

Serve as a lead point for any Client queries.
Resolve any issues in a timely manner and within company policy.
Build and maintain strong, longlasting Client relationships.
Weekly contact your dedicated base
Complete monthly/quarterly KPI driven reviews.
Develop rapport with key accounts and internal/external stakeholders.
Provide weekly volume forecasts.
Grow revenue through organic growth.
Solid experience of using MS Excel/Word
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Excellent listening skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A forwardthinking mentality always putting the Client/Customer first
General day to day CS admin (reviewing outstanding orders, held orders, weights/dims etc)
