Description
Broking Manager required to join a major insurance broker in Glasgow.


The core task for this role will be to manage the existing team of Commercial Account Handlers, and run the department to deliver exceptional client service.

You will ensure renewals are completed and insurance documentation produced is fully compliant.

You will also support the business with some Account Handling duties, including new business and renewals, particularly where you might be placing complex multi policy risks.

You will manage relationships with insurers, and also be responsible for keepingup to date with technical insurance knowledge and regularly informing the team of any changes.


Strong organisational skills are essential for this role, and you will ideally have gained industry knowledge and experience in commercial broking or underwriting.

Its expected you will have previous experience in dealing with commercial insurance productsfor Liability, Property and Motor Fleet risks.
