An employee-owned Property Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Nottingham office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

Reporting into the Director, the new Project Quantity Surveyor will work across all sectors of the built environment, offering a diverse and interesting range of work.

Responsibility-wise, the Director is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor who is competent in delivering projects from inception to completion with mínimal supervision.

You will also be supported by junior members within the Quantity Surveying team.

Their long-established Nottingham office is medium sized and offers excellent long term progression opportunities, perfect for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid career progress.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

A successful track record managing & delivering quantity surveying services from inception to completion
Client facing
A RICS accredited degree qualification
Experience working with a UK Cost Consultancy / PQS firm
MRICS or committed to working towards chartership
