Job Summary:
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic records
- Manage correspondence and communications with professionalism
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills and familiarity with computerised systems
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat for office productivity
- Familiarity with general office procedures and protocols
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual with strong administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Based overseas 7 weeks out of 13 weeks and UK 7 weeks out of 13 weeks, 4 times a year.
Based at our London UK office for 6 weeks out of 13 weeks, 4 times a year.
4 weeks annual paid leave.
