Customer Service Advisor

Northampton - NN5

Hours - Monday - Friday, 11.00am hrs on a rotational basis to include 1 in 3 weekend days ( time back given in the week ) only ever working 5 days per week.

Hourly rate - £9.76ph

Are you a passionate customer service individual who thrives on going the extra mile for their customer, or someonewho thoroughly enjoys speaking to customers and seeing a problem resolved? Duties

  • Inbound customer calls relating to queries around the delivery of their goods
  • Speaking with delivery drivers, scheduling their next drop and or confirming arrival at a customers location
  • Booking in deliveries with customers
  • Updating and maintaining the database with address details, or updates on the query
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ideally you will have previously worked in a call centre environment, or have come from a complimenting role where you can transfer your customer service and skills
  • Happy to be on the phone
