Are you interested?

Banff Care Home is a 56 bedroom home based in Banff Aberdeenshire. A family run business with extensive experience of working in the care industry.

The home has recently started a refurbishment programme designed to an extremely high standard with a view to creating a dementia friendly environment throughout.

Our main priority is the care of our residents and as we continue to develop our exceptional service.

We are privileged to be working in this essential industry, extremely proud of the service our team provide and now require additional care workers to join us.


About you
You must have a desire to work with the elderly and those with learning disabilities.


Educated up to SVQ Level 2 in Social Services & Healthcare practices is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

An opportunity to study for SVQ will be given after the completion of a satisfactory probationary period.


Experience of working with the elderly preferably in a care home setting and a good knowledge of dementia care is desirable.

Experience of producing well-developed care plans is an advantage.

Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to caring.

Good Communication skills required.
