Job description:


As Head of Delivery for our growing Retail division, you will be responsible for the Management and Delivery of projects to deliver products and services to customers.

Accountable for driving the project management and delivery / consulting teams to ensurethe successful rollout of software projects, installation, and configuration of products, and for customer training.


You'll deliver a scalable common resourcing and delivery framework and governance model that is fit for purpose, defining and aligning delivery methodologies in line with ClearCourse strategies and in conjunction with the other functions and maximising utilisationacross the delivery teams and maintaining project margins and daily consulting rates.


What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in leading a professional service business
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and resourcing / professional services management tools
  • Effective people management and coaching ability with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ambitious with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Affable, credible and can communicate effectively with colleagues including formal presentations
  • Leader capable of delivering results in challenging environments
  • Flexible, versatile, resilient, pragmatic
  • Organised, datadriven
  • Demonstrate strategic and systematic thought processes
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Good at solution shaping/problem solving
  • Experience in implementing quality standards
