We are recruiting for a Senior Medical Workforce Advisor who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will work within the Medical Workforce team to ensure a proactive, high quality and efficient support to the Trust's medical and dental workforce.

This will involve co-ordinating key administration processes for all aspects of medical workforce and providing specialist advice on a wide range of day-to-day medical workforce queries for a specific division as well as providing the day-to-day advice on the sub-specialty areas designated to that work stream and day to day advice on medical workforce related policies.
