This is a great opportunity to build on your hands-on finance and business partnering experience, by ensuring the completeness, integrity and value of management reporting, insight, analysis, proactive support and advice to budget holders and other stakeholders.

You'll assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and monthly budget holder reports for all departments, providing added insight, analysis and improvements.

Further responsibilities range from monthly reconciliation of accounting records with our supporter database to actively improving finance processes, including budget management.

In addition to assisting in the preparation of the annual accounts and the conduct of the annual audit production, you'll get involved in project work and with improving VAT reporting, compliance, analysis and organisational understanding.

Requirements:

  • A track record of proactively improving/setting up effective financial processes.
  • Substantial experience of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience of financial yearend and annual statutory audit.
  • Knowledge of SUNv6 and Infor Q&A or similar, of using Fundraising CRM systems for financial reconciliation, and of Excel analysis and data functions.
