Our client is looking for a Senior Big Data Engineer to join their growing Data Engineering and Analytics team.

Based in Leeds/London and operating remotely, you will work closely with the business' stakeholders with the goal of driving global growth.

Skills/Experience:

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop HDFS, Spark, Hive, Kafka, Sqoop
Knowledge around cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP
Experience with Cloud Big data such as AWS EMR, AWS Glue, AWS Kinesis, Azure Data Lake
Experience using Hadoop distributions such as Cloudera, Hortonworks, Mapr
Experience with SAS is a strong benefit
