Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef, preparing food, following recipes and cooking to a high standard.
- Handle and rotate all food products adhering to correct food handling and storage procedures.
- Prepare and pack food orders for takeaway and delivery services.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, kitchen and shared areas.
- Taking in and organising deliveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef
- Knowledge of Greek cuisine.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of various cooking equipment, ingredients and methods.
- Has a positive and professional approach to work.
- Adaptability.
Job Types:
Fixed term contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Salary:
£10.00-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
