The Fusion Energy Team is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the UK's Fusion Strategy, helping the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA, the UK's national fusion laboratory) deliver its globally unique programmes and facilities, and developing new initiatives to grow the fusion supply chain, encourage investment, develop partnerships across the globe and continue to drive world-leading science in fusion.

This includes the delivery of the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP), a programme which aims to build the world's first prototype fusion power station.

We are looking for a motivated, pro-active individual to help move the UK's ambitious fusion objectives forwards.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly, welcoming and inclusive team with a set of hugely inspiring and exciting responsibilities - and we would love to hear from you.
