We are working in partnership with our client to find an
Executive Assistant to fill a vacancy in their financial services company.

This is a 1 year FTC to start in January 2023 to cover an EA's maternity leave.

This is a friendly and down to earth company, with a great team in place. You will be working alongside 5 other EAs, who are all seen as key players of the wider team. The EAs work together to provide a top class support to the Executives.


The salary for the role is £45,000 per annum, with excellent benefits including a very generous pension scheme, medical and dental cover, season ticket loan, share incentive scheme, and 27 days holiday.


The role will be hybrid, with Monday and Friday at home, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday being based in the office.

The office is based is SW1E, near Victoria. This is a really easy commute from Tottenham Hale, and any mainline stations that connect tothere.


On a day to day basis the EA will:

  • Provide a professional administrative support to assigned executives in all aspects of their work
  • Manage executives' calendars and travel arrangements to ensure optimum effectiveness of their time
  • Compose and produce documents
  • Ensure the production of high quality presentations and papers for Board meetings, Strategy and Away Days etc
  • Have full knowledge of relationship management databases and to maintain them to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure provision of a first class service
  • Assist in the organisation of team events and away days

The EA will have:


  • Experience of providing EA support to a team of 3+
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience of contact management databases (CRM)
  • Being proactive, enthusiastic and demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop the role
  • Accuracy, with good attention to detail is essential
  • Being able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrating an ease with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possessing high standards of discretion, integrity and a professional manner at all times
  • Expense management experience
