Job Description:

Main responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, and liaising with hosts
  • Managing meeting rooms (presentation and bookings)
  • Booking in visitors and liaising with the building reception
  • Organising catering and coordinating with housekeeping
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Providing general administrative assistance
This list is not exhaustive and may include other tasks assigned by the manager.

Experience required

  • Reception experience in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced language skills at least English and French
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams,
  • Experiencer CentrePal switchboard is desired but not essential
Person specification

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure when needed
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to assist others

Hours of work:
8.30am - 5.30pm / 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
