Systems Change Facilitator

The Role
This role will support our strategic ambition 'to advance our approach to enabling social change through partnerships and collaboration'.

You will be the glue at the heart of our thematic networks supporting diverse VCFSE groups to connect, share different perspectives and develop collaborative projects that addresses the root causes of poverty and inequalities.

You will support the Systems Change Manager and Tameside Director to connect the work of the networks into strategic decision-making spaces and identify opportunities for funding or influence.

We are looking for
A skilled facilitator, who is passionate about Tameside's communities and committed to social justice and collaboration.

We are looking for both a practical 'doer' and a creative people-person, who can help our networks push through ambiguity to address the root causes of poverty and inequalities.

Salary:
NJC grade 6 grade 19 to SO1 grade 25 (£27,852-£32,020 per annum)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location:
Hybrid (there is a requirement to travel within Tameside, and at times GM).

Interviews will be held W/C 19th June 2023

Salary:
£27,852.00-£32,020.00 per year
