On-Call Fares and Ticketing Consultant.
30-35K. Fully Remote Working. You just need to be available to answer the phone throughout your rota'd shifts. This job will fit around other responsibilities/activities in your day-to-day life and you can sleep during the weekend night hours.
You will be 'on-call' for 40 hours per week.

And those hours would fall within the ticketing team's opening hours, which are as follows:


  • Mondays
  • Fridays:
  • Saturdays and Sundays:
A fair and reasonable rota will be implemented, but you will need to be flexible, within the above.

Fares and Ticketing Consultant On-Call Duties:

  • Complete all Ticketing requests using either Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre GDS's. Ensuring compliance with fare rules and completion of all international and domestic bookings.
  • Assist with any urgent assistance required to the best of your ability.
  • Ensure entry of all ticketing related accounting.
  • Submit and investigate all refund/ADM/ACM queries.
  • Assist and work closely with wider Ticketing Support team.
  • Assist Travel Consultants with day to day operational issues including but not limited to ticketing, reservations, itineraries, invoices, receipts, travel documentation & visas.

Fares and Ticketing Consultant On-Call Requirement:

  • Travel Industry Fares and Ticketing experience (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus)
