Head of School


Panoramic Care have an exciting opportunity for a Middle or Senior leader to join a national alternative education provider, as a Head of School.

This opportunity is based in the Lancashire area and offered on a full-time, permanent basis.


This specialist provider supports young people with SEN/ASD/SEMH with their engagement in Education and reintegration back into mainstream settings and Further Education opportunities.

They support students on a respite breaks as well as long-term placements, offering a safe and supportive place for them to flourish.


What we are looking for:


  • An enthusiastic Senior Teacher or Middle Leader with experience working with SEN students, preferably in a PRU or AP, looking for the next step in their career
  • Experience in line management or leadership of a small team e.g. Head of Subject
  • Ability to train and develop teachers and staff you will be overseeing and managing

Benefits to you:

£44,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
