Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transmission of Compliance policy, procedures and practice into the business and support the development by businesses of effective control frameworks
- Inform the business of applicable Compliance initiatives, regulatory requirements, venue requirements, and rule changes
- Support the completion of the annual Compliance plan
Key Experiences:
- Proven experience in Markets Compliance Advisory role
- Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (such as MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, and MAR)
- Prime and Futures execution and Clearing knowledge
